UK Returns & Exchanges
Please reach out to us before sending a return. We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery of all unframed orders. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. All of our items are made to order, please be aware that as a small business, these returns significantly impact our costs. We strongly encourage you to double-check your measurements before ordering.
When returning an item, please include your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact us first before sending your return so we know to expect it and so we can give you the return address
- Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery
- Items should be in their original condition: undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.
- Custom prints are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

ROW Returns & Exchanges
Please note before ordering: due to being a UK based business we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders placed outside of the UK. Please ensure you are choosing the correct size and print before ordering.
Cancellations / Amendments
Unfortunately, as we are a made to order service we cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. This is because we are working with a printing team who will receive your order straight away and we are limited to what we can do.
